“If you are looking for a car go see Paul R. at Buckhannon Toyota. Our family was looking for a new can and had no intentions of looking at a Toyota. We just happened to stop in and met Paul R. He was very knowledgeable of the product he was selling and was very kind and respectful. He went out of his way to explain every feature on the model we looked at and even held an umbrella for us while we looked. He was not overbearing like some sales reps can be and respected our choice to look at other vehicles. He even called to give us different options on prices and let us know we could drop off our rental near their location. Paul was the best salesmen out of the four locations we visited that day by far. Great customer service.” – Karen
