Took my 2022 4Runner to the service department for an airbag problem. I was afraid it would cost me hundreds but they were able to quickly figure out that it was due to a seat belt extender I had installed. They were very nice and knowledgeable.

Called ahead and negotiated a deal with salesman Garrett Cole. He was knowledgeable and very prompt with negotiations and helping me get what I wanted. Made me a deal I couldn't refuse. Once I got there, he met me straight away and we got everything started and completed. The finance manager, Zack, was also very kind and explained everything well. Overall a great experience and will definitely be back when it's that time again. Highly recommend

This was one of my favorite projects even though it was May of 2012 We created the artificial Rock retaining walls at my shop South Carolina, Transported them, Put them in place And I believe we put about five vehicles on the platform. Chip Cottrell was the general manager. And he was incredible to work with! This one project propelled my company Mangorock into numerous projects even internationally.

I purchased my 2025 Toyota Sienna here in April. Although it came with a factory-defective third-row seat, the service department fixed it promptly. Overall, my experience was smooth and positive. I previously mentioned my EZPass issue in another review when I was frustrated, but I now realize that wasn’t within their control. What I truly appreciate is their support of the North Central West Virginia Summer Swim Championship—it means a lot to families like ours. A great and responsible business that genuinely supports the local community!

Top marks for Buckhannon Toyota. My Prius lost all power on a Monday afternoon while on a trip through WV. Called in to see if they could possibly squeeze me in on Tuesday and they said they'd do their best. So, I had the car towed there, fully expecting to be delayed at least two days. On Tuesday, Alicia in service was thorough and professional, kept me posted all along the way and they surprisingly got me back on the road by 3PM!! She even offered to come pick me up at my hotel. Pretty amazing for a walk in to get that kind of treatment. Thank you so much!

Great experience working with Jeff and Zack. Jeff quickly responded to my online inquiry and communicated with me all day via text before we could come to the dealership. He was polite and respectful, as well as keeping my little one entertained while we waited to wrap things up.

On my way to a family funeral I had car trouble, and Toyota Buckhannon WV was great! Christian talked me thru getting a tow and needed car repairs. Phil dropped me at a hotel & Josh got us from the hotel to a rental car dealer in the morning so we could continue on to the funeral. Christian kept in contact with me while the car was serviced. It was pretty good we bought a 2022 Toyota Rav4 with 30,000 miles. It was a little bit of a headache. Trying to pay for it. Because they didn't take personal out of state checks. I mean who walks around with 30,000 + thousand dollars on them at all times. But they finally decided to. Take the check . So all is good. Thank you. Salesman A + his boss B-

Drove 2 hours to look at a Highlander. Called before and asked if anything was wrong with it and was told no. As soon as I get there I see the front bumper and valence is cracked/broken and car had numerous surface scratches. Told them I wouldn’t spend 41k on a car with broken parts and my only stipulation was to fix the bumper. They told me we don’t keep bumpers in stock it could delay the process. When I told them I didn’t care to wait a few weeks to get a not broken car they still worked numbers and refused to fix the damage and their “offer” was at no discount from the price listed. Walked around and over half of the cars on the lot looked like they were washed with a Brillo pad. Stay away!
