“ Drove 2 hours to look at a Highlander. Called before and asked if anything was wrong with it and was told no. As soon as I get there I see the front bumper and valence is cracked/broken and car had numerous surface scratches. Told them I wouldn’t spend 41k on a car with broken parts and my only stipulation was to fix the bumper. They told me we don’t keep bumpers in stock it could delay the process. When I told them I didn’t care to wait a few weeks to get a not broken car they still worked numbers and refused to fix the damage and their “offer” was at no discount from the price listed. Walked around and over half of the cars on the lot looked like they were washed with a Brillo pad. Stay away! ”
